We provide a Service that allows you and your team (in the case of Pro accounts) to manage your product’s request lifecycle.

Our privacy policy is reviewed at regular intervals to ensure it meets the current statutory requirements.

This policy covers Request.st and is applicable to all of its Users (as defined in the Terms and Conditions). By using Request.st Service you are agreeing to this privacy policy.

1. Principles

Our privacy policy is driven by these privacy principles:

–  Users are in control of their personally identifiable information and its association to other data.

–  Respecting this control, we want customers to gain the greatest benefit from their data.

–  We won’t provide partners with personally identifiable.

–  Our Users own their company/product data.

–  Any User may request to export all of their data, at any time.

 

For the purpose of this policy personally identifiable information is:

– Name and surname.

– Email address.

– Company name and website url.

– Avatar photo.

 

2. Data collected

We collect the following data from 3rd parties and directly:

– Personal information provided by you while using the Service which includes name, surname, email address, company name and avatar photo.

– Company/product information collected by you and your team (product owners or members for Pro accounts), like requests, releases, campaigns, etc.

– Analytic and login cookies as well as server log files.

– Data for 3rd party metric services

 

3. Financial Data

We do not store your financial data including but not limited to your credit card details. We will utilize a third party credit card payment processing company (Stripe) to collect payment information, including your credit card number, billing address and phone number. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

 

4. Usage of Data

We use the information collected to provide and enhance the services offered by Request.st.

We will use this information for the:

– Fulfillment of Services features.

– Enhancement and improvement of the Service in order to provide a better user experience.

– Monitoring and reporting for internal business purposes.

– Let users know about offers, promotions, new products and updates to Services based on their preferences.

 

We will NOT:

– We will NOT share personally identifiable information with 3rd parties that is not already publicly available except: where you have given us permission to, the 3rd party already has that information, or as required by law.

– We will NOT share your company/product information with anyone, besides other users explicitly invited to view and collaborate within your account.

 

5. Control of Data

Users are in control of their data. We provide the control in the following ways:

– Users choose how much profile information is inputted into the Service while understanding a minimum is necessary for Request.st to work.

– Users may request an export and deletion of their data from Request.st at any time.

 

6. Security of Data

We take the security of data seriously. We practice a risk management strategy and follow industry standard practices. Please for further information refer to our Security Policy.

 

7. Access to Content

THEPMLEAGUE may view your Content only as necessary (i) to maintain, provide and improve the Service; (ii) to resolve a support request from you; (iii) if we have a good faith belief, or have received a complaint alleging, that such Content is in violation of our Terms and Conditions; (iv) as reasonably necessary to allow THEPMLEAGUE to comply with or avoid the violation of applicable law or regulation. We may also analyze the Content in aggregate and on an anonymized basis, in order to better understand the manner in which our Service is being used.

 

8. Trusted Service Providers and Business Partners

We may utilize trusted third party service providers to assist us in delivering, improving, protecting and promoting our Service. For example, we may use third parties to help host our Service, send out email updates, perform analyses related to the operation of our Service, or process payments. We may also store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Asana (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).

These service providers may have access to your information for the limited purpose of providing the service we have contracted with them to provide. They are required to have a privacy policy and security standards in place that are at least as protective of your information as is this Privacy Policy. THEPMLEGUE will take all reasonable and appropriate steps necessary to ensure that any third party who is acting as a “data processor” under EU terminology is processing the personal information we entrust to them in a manner that is consistent with the EU Privacy Shield Principles.

 

9. Law Enforcement or In Order to Protect Our Rights

We may disclose your information (including your personally identifiable information) in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose your information to our legal counsel, governmental authorities or law enforcement if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to do so in order to comply with a law or regulation; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect THEPMLEAGUE’S rights or property.

 

10. Change of Ownership or other Business Transaction

In the event Request.st enters into a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or the sale of all or part of its assets (a “Business Transition”), Users’ data (including personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information associated with the Service) will likely be part of the assets transferred.

In this event, we will notify you of any Business Transition. We will also notify you of any subsequent material changes to this Privacy Policy as a result of a Business Transaction and give you the opportunity to opt-out for information that we have collected before or may collect after, a new Privacy Policy containing material changes takes effect.

 

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

THEPMLEAGUE reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time consistent with applicable privacy laws. When we do change it, we will make a copy of the updated Privacy Policy available to you before it takes effect. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will also notify you by e-mail. In the event of material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will give you the opportunity to opt-out for information that we have collected before or may collect after, a new Privacy Policy containing material changes takes effect.

You understand and agree that if you use the Request.st Service after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy, THEPMLEAGUE will consider your use as acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

 

12. Cookie Policy

We use cookies to improve the experience of using Request.st. Cookies help provide capabilities such as remembering your logged in status and analysis of site usage to improve your experience.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server and only that server will be able to retrieve or read the contents of that cookie. Each cookie is unique to your web browser. It will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier and the site name and some digits and numbers. How can I remove cookies?

You can remove the Request.st cookies (please understand it will lessen the experience of using the Service and you may not be able to login). You specifically opt-out of Google Analytics here.

Otherwise, you will need to manually remove the cookies.

To manually remove the cookies, search for request.st in your browser privacy settings. Select the cookies that are shown and press delete. This will remove the cookies from your machine until the point you visit request.st again.
