What is a product?
A product is a digital service or product which evolves with user requests. For example, you are a Startup delivering a SAAS service for online image editing. You may want to gather user requests, show a changelog of your service, what is your roadmap and a way to easily engage early adopters for your new features.
What is a user?
A user is anyone that post a new request, comment, is notified when a request is updated or when a new item is added in the Talk page. In both plans you can have unlimited users.
What is a product owner?
A product owner is the one that can assign requests to the members of the team, and edit them.
What is a member?
A member is part of the team than manages internally the requests. A member can see all the requests of the product but can only edit the ones assigned to him.
What payment options do you have?
We accept Mastercard and VISA credit cards, secure managed by Stripe payment gateway (learn more).
What happens after the 15 days trial?
Once you reach the end of your trial you will be asked to join to one of our two plans (Essential or Pro). The data generated during your trial will be kept during 3 months after the end of your trial unless you delete your account. Therefore in case you join us you will be able to keep using your data from the day 0.
Do you provide invoices and manage the VAT?
Yes, we do. Each time we proceed with a payment, depending your billing period (monthly or yearly) you will be able to view and print your invoices. In case you are a European based Business you will be able to provide your VAT, so you can easily handle with the VIES VAT system.
Do you offer educational and non-profit discounts?
Yes! Please email us using your .edu email or non-profit email address at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your discount code.
Is my data safe?
Yes, your data is safe with us! We take security very seriously. We are using a fully SSL website, and we have been passed Symantec Security Audits (learn more). We have a very simple pricing model, with two affordable plans. The Essential, which is recommended to solo entrepreneurs or small startups who want to manage the requests and updates of one single product. The Pro plan is recommended to teams who manage one or more products.
Moreover, we are thrilled to use an evolution pricing which allows delivering more feature at a sustainable pace.
Regrettably, at this stage, we can not afford to have a free plan because our strategy is focusing on providing the best possible product and support to our customers while keeping a fair price.
You will realize that our two plans come with whitelabel feature. This is because we sincerely think that once you pay there is no reason why you need to show our branding. We prefer the word of mouth in case you love us. We are sure you will! Moreover, we will be launching soon an ambassador program, where we will reward our supporters.
