Listen module

With the listen module you will be able to gather your users’ requests. Your user will be able to search for existing requests, add new, vote and comment on the requests. This is what we call the “listen” module! You can see what are the most voted request so you will be able to develop your product taking into account the prioritized request first.

Voting control

Enable or disable the voting feature. Define the max. number of votes per user, and the max. number of times a user can vote on each individual request.

Feature description

Once a request has been completed you will be able to use the “Feature description”, which allows adding the information of the final feature (sometimes the request does not fully matches with the feature).

Sorting

Establish the default sorting for the listen page. Sorting options are: 'Newest', 'Most votes' and 'Most comments'.

Public voting

Enable the public voting to allow users to vote even not being logged in.

Followers

Enable / disable the possibility of users to follow a request, so they will receive notifications once the request is updated.

Status change on assignment (Pro)

Possibility to auto change the status of a request once it is assigned to a team member.

Talk module

The talk module is focused on showing your users your latest releases and announcements by means of a product changelog. So they are informed about how your product is being improved, taking into account user requests, shipped as new features. You will be able to show the changelog in a text or timeline view.

Announcements or Releases

Choose whether to post an announcement (for example a new mobile app available) or a new release.

Talk items style

Choose the style of the talk page: timeline or blogroll.

Followers

Allow your users to subscribe to receive an email notification. They will be able to choose to receive notifications for announcements and releases.

Icons

Customize the icons that appear on the talk page, by default or for each announcement or release

Schedule

Schedule an announcement or release to be posted in the day and time you want in the future.

Auto-tweet

Post automatically a tweet in your configured twitter account with the update.

Roadmap module

The roadmap module is where you show what requests are the next in the queue to be developed, those that are in progress, those completed and the ones shipped in your last release. A big picture of what is going on with your product!

Kanban

Use the Kanban board to manage the short term, showing your users what are you working on and what have you shipped in your latest release.

Gantt timeline

Show your medium-long term development in a nice Gantt timeline.

Dependencies

Define dependencies between two requests / features.

Custom ``To Do`` column

Choose what to show in the Kanban ``To Do`` column.

Connect to Apps to improve the communication of how your product evolves. More coming soon!

Twitter

Push automatic tweets to a twitter account when you launch new releases or announcements. Easy like that.

The company hub page is where your users will be able to see the products you manage through uamplified. In case you are in a Pro account, it will show all your products. The url of the company hub is in the form of: supercompany.request.st

Send emails to users

In order to keep engaged your users you will be able to send automatic emails to the users who have added a new request, voted a request or commented on a request. Those emails will go through your email service provider (ESP). At the moment we support the next email service providers: Sendgrid, Amazon SES and custom SMTP / IMAP.

Product hub

The product hub page is where your users will be able to see the uamplified modules used for a specific product. The url of the product hub is in the form of: supercompany.request.st/superproduct.

Internal notes

For each request you will be able to add internal notes that will not be visible for your end users.

Multiple products (Pro)

Create multiple products under the same account. Each product will have each own Listen, Talk and Roadmap modules.

Manage members and roles (Pro)

You will be able to use three different roles (Admin, Product Owner and Member).

Assign to member

As an Admin or Product Owner assign easily a request to a member. The assigned member will be able to edit or modify the status of the related request.

Stats

You will have detailed stats for your products (number of requests, votes, comments, …). So you can easily analyze your product engagement.

Team analytics

Analyze how your team is performing by checking team analytics (number of assigned requests, the number of comments, average time to complete a request, oldest request, …).

Your branding

We do not put any reference to our website (like this “Changelog runs on Request.st”). Emails to your users have your own branding. If you really like our service please have a look on our love page.

Visual customization

You can change the fonts, size, and colors to match your style, so your users will recognize all the Request.st content as truly yours.

Assign to member

As an Admin or Product Owner assign easily a request to a member. The assigned member will be able to edit or modify the status of the related request.

String customization

You are able to change the strings or labels that we use in the users’ frontend. So, for example, you will be able to title the listen page as “Release notes” instead of “Changelog”.

Enable / disable modules

You will be able to enable or disable each of the 3 modules (listen, talk and roadmap) in your product. So for example only use the roadmap in case you only need that module.

Public or Private products (Pro)

In case you are in a Pro account, you will be able to set your product as public, so anyone will be able to see for example the roadmap, or private so only registered users will be able to see the product pages.

Custom domains

Easily point your own domain to our hosted pages, to have a seamless user experience.

Volunteers members

2FA

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security for your account designed to ensure that you or your members (for Pro accounts) are the only persons who can access your account, even if someone knows your passwords.

End user login

The user in order to add, vote or comment a request will need to identify himself. We provide identification through email and the next social networks: Twitter, Google and Facebook.

Signup control

Manage the signup process, by means of: no verification, ReCaptcha, email verification, manual verification or invitation code.
